we have a 50 plus year old house we had it painted inside when we moved in 5 years ago. we ask for oil base paint but we are not sure if they used it. the paint in the bath room and hall are peeling off bad. we are going to paint but we need to know if we have oil base paint and what to do before we start. can you help?
