supporting an i-beamFrom: jantzku@cox.net Category: Architecture and Building Design Email: jantzku@cox.net Remote Name: 68.102.75.2 Date: 18 Apr 2007 Time: 11:04 PM
CommentsWhat is the best way to support an 18 inch 36' span i-beam. This i-beam will support the center of a house. The length of the house is 66ft long and this beam will be free-standing in the center of the house leaving approx 15ft on each end. What is the best way to support the end of this beam?
