new house--sagging floorFrom: captsmith@charter.net Category: Flooring Email: captsmith@charter.net Remote Name: 68.115.146.142 Date: 20 Jan 2007 Time: 09:55 PM
CommentsMy house is 3.5 years old and already the floors are creaking and the kitchen floor near the exterior door is sagging badly. I live in NC. The house is a story and a half, 1500 sq. ft. This was a NEW House when I bought it. Should the builder fix the problem or am I stuck to fend for myself?
