CommentsI had all my windows replaced with retrofit windows last summer. Since then we have noticed that the sealant around the windows is deteriorating and missing. I also had my home stucco color coated, where they sandblasted and applied the 3 coat stucco process. Now I have noticed the stucco around the windows is crumbling, and there are lots of areas where it is crumbling where the wall meets the foundation. I would like to know who I could call to have the work inspected so that I can get a professional opinion on the work that was done. I need to know how much it is going to cost to repair it properly. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
