In slab HVAC ducts for downdraft heat pump system

I have a poured concrete slab residential house with plumbing and HVAC ducts (radial system) poured into the slab. The kitchen sink waste line has become damaged and leaks (possibly from a crack in slab). There is now cross contamination from waste line into the duct system in the slab. Waste line is being repaired. What can be done to repair duct or ducts that are either compromised by corrosion or other? Is there a liner that can be inserted into the damaged ducts? Will they have to be jacked out and replaced? Preferrably, the system should stay in the slab. I realize this question ASSUMES the ducts can be cleaned adequately.
