Glass replacement for Nuprime windows

We purchared our home 5 years ago and just recently devedoped a crack in one of our window panes. Through research we've found that the window company used (Nuprime) is no longer in business. We've found sites to replace the hardware but not the window itself. Does anyone have any ideas as to where we can go to get our glass replaced? Thanks in advance! Casey
