rotten basement woodFrom: nanette55@comcast.net Category: Select Category From List.... Remote Name: 65.96.100.27 Date: 20 Aug 2006 Time: 07:31 PM
CommentsI am remodeling my basement and took off the paneling and insulation and fould the wood rotted all along the bottom of the 2x4 framing against the outside walls. Do I have to replace this wood or can I replace the insulation and walls and keep the basement dehumidified. I did not find water leaks it was just a humidity problem.
