I bought my home @ 5 years ago. During our home inspection, there were walls in the basement and over the existing concrete walls. We pulled the walls down to remodel and ahve found that there are horizontal cracks in our foundation with concrete/mortar loss between the cider blocks and at the same end as that wall, our main suppport beam appears to be weakend by??? termites or wood ants. I need to contact a professional in the southern new jersey area to repair these issues. Any suggestions?? Maybe there is a company that does both/// thanks
