my eldery neighhbor has nuprime windows and they won't stay up when opened. I have been told that the coils are loose and that there is a tool that can be used to tighten the coils up but i'm having a difficult time trying to find a business that sells this tool. I live near Boston can you help me find a store that sells this tool.
