Load rating of cinder blocksFrom: info@darklordcoral.com Category: Structural Remote Name: 68.20.50.161 Date: 19 Apr 2006 Time: 09:30 PM
CommentsHello -
I'm having a 5000lb fish tank installed, 7' long 4.5' wide. The stand I wanted to build would be two walls 54" wide x 32" tall 7' apart out of 12x8x16 solid cinder blocks with 2 6" H beams on top. I know the beams can easily support the weight but will the cinder blocks support this weight?
Thanks
Mike
