Building is 24' x 16' (gable end). What is the wideth and depth of a beam required for a 24' span (down the center). The roof has a 37? slope. Area snow load = 50 lb/sqft. Therefore beam must support 400 lb/lnft. Difference between rough cut fir and gluelams and other? Thank you
