structural of houseFrom: tracy1169@eatel.net Category: Structural Remote Name: 66.186.245.149 Date: 27 Jul 2005 Time: 03:10 PM
CommentsI own a Jim Walter home which was built around 1975. Over the last several months, I have noticed the sheetrock cracking in spots. My front door doesn't close properly. Then I noticed the floor sagging in the hallway and a bedroom. Their is approx. a 1 inch gap between the baseboard and floor. I was wondering what is the correct way to fix this problem. Do you know of a company that jacks up off the ground homes? Please let me know your input on this. I really need to fix this problem before it gets worse. Thanks in advance.
