OSB versus CDX Plywood

I just recently found out that the builder of my home is using OSb versus CDX Plywood for my roof sheathing. He also uses OSB throughout the home. The new home is located in Florida, where we get tremendous rain and wind. Should I be as concerned as I am? Which is better? I have never used OSB; I am used to using CDX Plywood.
