I sure would like to know the answer to this one also, since I have several windows that are broken! With the company no longer being in business, I am having a hard time trying to get someone to even come out and look at my windows. Two of the windows will not even open (one is my daughters ONLY window in her room!). It seems as if no one wants to deal with the mess this company left. So much for that LIFETIME warranty!
