Not sure if you have found anything just as of yet, but try going to your local Home Depot to the Pro Desk and ask them for the Home Depot Worksite CD - it's free. This will enable you to create your estimate as well as get an estimated cost on the labor too. Be very careful with accepting your insurance company's first offer. They CAN do better, but you will want to make sure that you do a little research and come back with facts and figures of your own. I'm a remodeler here in Northern Virginia and after Isabelle came through last year I had several clients come to me with their checks from their insurance companies and I nearly fell out when they requested the work they needed done with the budget their insurance company gave them. Hope this helps.
