I did some rough calculations and based on 30 psf live load and 1/8 inch live load deflection I would pick a W14x22. The beam and the joists share the load and I figure 14 joists carry approximately half the load and the beam carries about half the load. You are also adding about a one ton concentrated load to your garage door header for that loading and the same for the support wall at the other end of the beam.
