skin vent construction with man made stone

I would like to build one wall of man made stone. Can I insulate 2"X4" wall, wrap with Tyvek, put on 1''X 2''on top of 2'X4" stud wall to create air space then add 1/2" plywood covered with felt paper, metal lathe and finally the man made stone? Will this give me the 3/4" air flow needed for vent skin construction?
