We would be cautious of any company that claims to suck out moisture from between panes of glass. The problem is that the seal has been compromised in the first place. Sucking out moisture without finding and fixing the faulty seal will only result in the moisture returning. We will do additional research. However, if you do find such a company, find out how long they've been in business and what their warranty is. The only other alternative is to replace all the faulty panes with new sealed units. Depending on your brand of window, you may have some recourse with the manufacturer. It sounds like you have faulty panels to experience so many failures. Builders Websource
