window condensation between panels

I have several windows that have condensation, apparently there is a company that can repair them. They drill a hole in the window and suck out the moisture and seal the hole back up. Do you know of any such company? If not is there an alternative to fixing these windows? It is very expensive to replace them and there are 11 windows. Thank you, Rena
