14 Foot Beam Span Over A Creek

I need to build a fence on top of a beam that will span a creek. I have 4"x4" posts 14 feet apart to support the beam. The fence will be 5 feet high made out of pressure treated wood. That will be the only load on this beam. What size beam do I use? I was planning on either a 4"x6" or 4"x8" pressure treated beam but was told both of them would end up sagging a lot in the middle. Thanks for the help.
