If you are the owner or property mgr. you should be well aware that the relocation of a thermostat will not solve the inbalanse created by not providing both supply and return systems to all rooms, as well as balancing the system. If you are the tennant and you did this "TI"with the written approval of the owner/agent, I would suggest you review that agreement.
