Greg, If you worked for the Rockwell Window Co. in Knox, IN, what are your thoughts on the product? What is their warranty? I have them in my 6 year old house and they are rotting and falling apart. How do you suggest I approach them? I also had them change the glass on most of the windows two years ago for aesthetic reasons. Your reply would be much appreciated. Darren
