I also have nuprime windows in my home and one of the inside glass panes has cracked. I cannot figure out how to repair this. There must be a way to remove the whole panel/piece to take somewhere for repain/replacement, right? Once removed, can somewhere like ACE Hardware replace this glass? Thanks.
