Outside my house i have a 3ft. overhang. This is my breakfast nook. The floor on the lefthand corner sags about 1 1/2". Outside there is nothing supporting the overhang. The previous owner put a concreat wall underneth the overhang so he could have some storage. But from were the top of the concreat wall ends and the bottom of the overhange meet there is a 1 1/4" gap and nothing in between. How can i repair this problem without doing to much damage to the inside of my house?(There is no second story in this part of the house) Also i need to know what kind of equipment i will need. Thank you for any information you my provide.
