Thermal-gard custom-fit Windows

I purchased and had installed Thermal-gard, Custom-Fit Replacement windows, made by Season All Industries for my home in 1984. There is moisture and a film forming on the inside of one window. I suspect I need a seal. Can this window be repaired? If so, please suggest a company.
