Sinking Garage Floor

I have a 15-year old house with an attached double car garage. The garage is bordered by interior walls on 2 sides. There is a basement under the main house, but not under the garage. There is a bedroom over the garage. I recently noticed that the interior side of the garage floor has sunk about 2" relative to the opposite side on the outside wall. This is causing a problem with runoff from the cars and is also causing damage in my cabinetry on the back wall of the garage. What is the cause and what is the solution?
