I have a about a 5/8" hump in my floor over the old foundation stem wall after adding on an 8' addition. This hump runs along the middle of a kitchen and dining area and slopes both directions. I am planning to replace the existing lineoleum with tile in this area and would like to try to level the floor before I do that. The floor is 1/2" ply over 2x8 floor joists.
