I have a lamp post at driveway with light sensor on side of the pole the light is on.I checked the voltage it was reading 123v at light recep.Question it seems to be after a heavy rain or during the winter the bulbs burn out.I have checked the amp load and voltage and all checks out normal..what could be causing this frequent burning out?
