About 10 years ago, due to the efforts of a very persuasive Thermal Guard window salesman, my elderly mother spent $10,000.00 to have Thermal Guard windows installed. They were supposedly guaranteed for life. On two of the windows, there is a whitish discoloration. I would like to contact Thermal Guard Windows about this condition but do not have their address. My mother is forgetful and does not remember what she did with the paperwork from Thermal Guard Windows. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Mary Mills
