I have had Rockwell windows in a brand new home since 1996. My opinion of Rockwell...JUNK! I've had problems with Rockwell at occupancy. Windows hard to crank open/close, doors not closing properly, warping, etc. After 2 years, I've had the linkage fall off several windows when opening. We no longer open our our windows now, at least until I can afford to have all windows replaced by another brand. Builders love them for YOUR house, not theirs, because they are CHEAP! My advice... STAY AWAY! I would not use Rockwell windows in my next house even if they were free. I would'nt put them in a trailer home, if I owned one.
