Microlam beams

Our structural engineer desigend the second story of our home with floor and roof trusses and as support he uses 3@ 2" x 16" deep microlam beams. On one side the beams have to stretch 18 feet without additional support and on one corner the floor cantilevers about 4' x 5', on top of the cantilevered floor sits a 65 gallon triangular bathtub. The Truss company engineered enough load into the floor truss to deal with the weight I am just worried that the cantilevered beams will hold up properly.
