creeky wooden floors

I recently purchased a home that is approx 75 yrs old. The hardwood floors were refinished prior to purchase, but the floor is very creeky in many spots. You can feel the give in some spots when you step. Is there any way to stop or minimize the annoying "creek" without actually pulling up the floor?
