Need help with barrier between properties Our neighbor has installed bright security lights that shine directly into our windows. The properties are in close proximity, only 40-foot wide lots in an old bungalow neighborhood. What can I erect that would block these lights so I can open my windows at night? I don’t want a solid fence; I don’t even think its legal to put up a fence as tall as a garage. Any suggestions at all?
