Furnace Replacement 80% vs. 90%??From: bhinders@msn.com Category: Select Category From List.... Remote Name: 67.248.70.55 Date: 09 Apr 2004 Time: 11:38 PM
CommentsI recently bought a home that has a 90% eficient furnace that is vented via PVC through the roof. I have been told this is not right, that it should be vented through the wall. An 80% efficient furnace can be vented through the roof. Is this true? Are there requirements or rules for venting/exhuasting?
Thanks
