Slab vs raised floor cost

I am a contractor in No. CA and my client wants a cost estimate between a slab floor and a raised floor. Of course they want it yesterday and they don't understand what goes into an estimate. My question to you. Is there a resource or do you know of a quick maybe per square foot calculation for slab vs raised wood floor.
