Need temporary beam for structural support

We are beginning construction on an addition to our lakeside residence and will be expanding on the ground floor; we need to remove a section of the existing exterior wall and install a temporary beam for support of the upper floor during construction. This wall is load-bearing and the span is 32' and will carry the load of the trusses, as well as some of the weight from the roof we will be tying in from the addition. ( This load can be distributed over several smaller spans by adding a column(s) because this beam is temporary and will be removed after the upper floor is supported by the load-bearing walls of the new construction. How can we go about determining the size of the beam that must be placed and columns for support to reduce the size of this beam? Will a calculation still be able to be made if I don't know the total dead and live loads the beam is expected to handle or the amount of deflection?
