Tiling with liquid Nails...removal

I have a 6 year old home with standard tub/shower combinations. They have tile surraounds which I am currently trying to replace. The contractor who did the tile glued them to the drywall with liquid nails. They didn't even bother to use greenboard. It took 30 minutes to remove 2 tiles from the wall, taking teh wall with them. Any suggestions on how to remove the tile? Thanks! Lee Gainer
