We are building a 2 story addition. It's framed, sheathed, tyveked and roofed. The other day my wife noticed that on the first floor the was water along 2 of the wall, and that the sheathing was very damp. (about 6-8 ft up the wall) The first thing I though was the roof was leaking, but the second floor and attic shows no sign of water or dampness anywhere. The addition is on a slab, and it sits 6-12" above grade. It's in Chicago and it's been cold and snowy. We haven't had rain in quite some time. Where could this water be coming from? Please help. Thanks, ^Hawk^
