Running outdoor water/electrical lines from a homeFrom: cnozumi@earthlink.net Category: Other/Misc Remote Name: 209.165.50.229 Date: 01 Feb 2004 Time: 03:45 PM
CommentsI live in N. California, and would like to run a basic water/electrical line hookup to an outside location in my backyard. My house is built on a concrete slab, and the location that I would like to tap the services from features a 2' wide concrete border separating the house from the backyard.
Question: Since the specific area is low-traffic, can I just run and secure the copper pipe/electrical conduit across that 2' concrete border and bury the rest underground? Or must the entire run be installed underground?
Thanks for any advice.
