Replacing a rotted mud sill and rim joist

While renovating my mothers' kitchen, I noticed that much of the mud sill and rim joist are rotted. Some of the ends of the joists are rotted as well. The siding is shiplap redwood. What is the best way to approach replacement of the rotted mud sill, rim joist, and joists? The only thing I can think of is to use a 4x4 and some screw jacks in the crawl space to support the good part of the joists while I replace the rotted members (with PT lumber).
