Calculating constant/live load for a hot tubFrom: nedescon@mindspring.com Category: Carpentry and Framing Remote Name: 66.32.118.140 Date: 18 Dec 2003 Time: 08:07 AM
CommentsI am installing a hot tub and need to know how to figure the constant/live load. It's 7 1/2 x 71/ feet and the wet weight is 4200 pounds. It will hold 8. It is above the ground and I would also like to know how many 6x6 support columns I will need.
