We closed on our home just three months ago, a newly construced home in Alaska, with a all weather wood foundation, which is comon in the area. Since closing we've noticed nuemorous cracks in the garage slab some running the lenngth of the garage and branching in different dorectionsons. Further, I have noticed cracks in many dry wall joints, all ofthem were it would have been taped. In my daughters room the dry wall tape seems to have seperated from the wall and most of it's cracked. It seems I find cracks every other day. Do you have any ideas whats going on, we hired a inpector prior to closing and he only found cosmatic problems. We're still under the warranty period, and if there's something wrong I want to ensure it gets taken care of before it runns out. Thanks
