i recently purchased a small two story bungalow with a crawl space, about 3 feet deep. the house is 100 years old and needs many renovation. before i begin i want to price, and i have no idea, what it would cost to jack the house and add a full basement. i am going to have to put some money into the structure because of pp beatle, termite and water damage.
