CommentsThe strongest smell is probably coming from the sawdust. I'm not sure if they make flooring from red oak but I do know that it has a peculiar "piss smell". My tree guy described it as smelling like "fox piss" I think. If it's acually piss you are smelling the best thing I know of is "nature's miracle" which you get at the big pet supply stores for about $25/gal. It's got live bacteria which produce enzymes that "eat up" pet messes. Also wipe this on the walls up as high as a cat could "spray".
