Sagging floors

I have a 1 year old, 2-story home with several areas on the second floor that are sagging. One area is 1" in 3 feet, another area is 3" in 6 feet. What is the most effective long term way to solve this problem? Money and time is of no concern, only having it repaired the right way is. Thanks for any advice you can give me!
