Installing bifold closet doors w/new baseboards

We are installing new baseboards and would like to know how to reinstall our bifold doors. The opening for the closet is 60" and the new baseboards will reduce this by 1 1/4" (5/8 on each side of opening). What is recommended? Do we need to order new doors?
