Q. What do you think about a tool that eliminates coping miter joints? Just want to know if it is a marketable product A. We believe that there would be a market for such a device. At the right price, it would appeal to many carpenters who would otherwise "cut corners" by avoiding coping altogether! It would have to be easy to use and foolproof. Back-cutting intricate patterns is tricky. If you decide to develop such a product, Builders Websource would be interested to test it and provide development feedback on prototypes and final production samples.
