2x12 beam strength for garage loft

I want to add a storage loft in the open space above my garage. The garage is 19 ft wide. Will a double 2x12 with 1/2" plywood glued in between and bolted be enough? The tributary 2x8 joists would run 12 ft to the wall for an overall OSB floor size of 12x20 and wall supports on the other 3 sides.
