Rotted Beam and SillFrom: rl_ntrprises@yahoo.com Category: Structural Remote Name: 172.131.122.40 Date: 20 Sep 2003 Time: 05:43 PM
CommentsI am working on a stucco finished house built in 1924. The stucco and wire mesh are applied directly to the studs. I have discovered sever rot and termite damage at a bottom corner (triple 2x6 beam, double 2x6 girder, and sill). How do I repair/replace the rotted & termite damaged beam, girder, and sill?
