Many of the aluminum window manufacturers use the same castings for their latches. Their name may be cast into the top, but they are generally interchangable. I would find a local aluminum window manufacturer and take your latch to see if theirs is similar. They should be willing to sell you one for a few bucks. Also, some of the building supply stores like Home Depot and Lowes will sell these generic latches.
